Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is best known for her role as actress Violet Plunkett, in CBS the sitcom Mom. Calvano born in California had a first interest in competing gymnastics. She later chose to become an actor. Her first appearance on screen was on the screen in 2010 with the episode of CBS's NCIS. She made her big-screen debut one year later on the Biographical Drama film "J Edgar". Over the years, she has been recognized among the top young actors within the field today. The year she was born, she won nominated in the Young Artist Award, Best performance by an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress on a TV Series for her part in the show "NCIS". In 2013, in recognition of a guest role in Disney XD's "Kickin' It' comedy series and received a second nomination for a Young Artist Award. Calvano had a significant role in "Mom" which was the show's' first three season, as well as making several cameos in Season four. In 2015, she was awarded the Gracie Allen Award of Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star for her appearance in Mom.
